An experienced facilitator, executive coach, and working parent, Martha works with clients around the world, helping them become more authentic, effective leaders. In 1:1 and group sessions, Martha’s practice is defined by her ability to balance all sides of professional development - the intellectual and emotional, the practical and aspirational, the serious and humorous. Early in her career, Martha was a litigator in the New York State Courts and then provided internal oversight on corporate governance matters at a large health care not-for-profit. After moving into the tech sector, Martha wore many hats: Project Manager, Chief of Staff, Head of Learning and Development, and now full-time facilitator and executive coach. When not working, you can find Martha playing sports with her two young boys (tennis, paddle tennis, football, soccer, basketball and baseball!) or curled up reading in front of a fire.
